1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Careways Corporate Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our booking services and website.

2. Booking and Payments

• A minimum advance payment of 40% of the total tour cost is required to confirm bookings.
• The remaining balance must be settled 15 days prior to the date of journey.
• For bookings made within 15 days of the departure date, 100% full payment is immediately required.
• Prices are subject to change due to taxes, government fees, and fuel surcharges until the final payment is cleared.

3. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the passenger's liability to carry valid government-issued photographic identification (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) during the tour.

4. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, local strikes, route blockages, or political unrest.

5. Liabilities and Limitations

Our liability is strictly limited to providing the tour services as agreed upon. Careways Corporate Solutions acts strictly in the capacity of an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and contractors.
