1. Cancellation by Client

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If you or any member of your party needs to cancel, the primary booking contact must notify us in writing.

2. Standard Cancellation Charges

3. Flight and Third-Party Provider Cancellations

Flight tickets booked via Careways are subject strictly to airline cancellation policies.

4. Refund Process

All valid refunds will be processed directly to the original mode of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 working days.

5. Postponement

Postponement requests fall under our strict availability limitations, and any prevailing rate differences alongside a minor administrative fee will apply.
